the hotel near the train station, this was very useful for my travels. the staff were kind and considerate of what i needed. the breakfast offered enough diversity each morning, it was a good start to the day.

the bedroom didn't feel as nicely designed, to my eye. the arm chairs seemed rather cheap. the colors felt dull and dark, made the space a bit bleak to me.

stylish stay with amazing views!

friendly staff spacious room calm music

i found the staff super friendly and helpful, such a great vibe. the pillows were so comfy i slept like a baby plus the room was so spacious and beautiful. the rooftop had fine views of cattedrale di santa maria del fiore i spent ages up there. the breakfast was also really nice, calm music in the hotel's living room was a total win for me

the armchairs and wardrobe in the bedroom felt a little cheap honestly. the colours were kind of dull and dark it felt a bit bleak

the hotel is near the american embassy so it is quiet but you can easily walk to the main sites. most major attractions are only about a 20 minute walk away from the hotel

the room was beautifully designed and spacious i found it impeccably clean. the bed was super comfortable it really enhanced my whole city experience. the room was also well furnished with very nice views

the staff were kind and attentive they answered all our questions thoroughly. the overall service was very professional the whole stay felt seamless. when there was a delay with my car they made a discount that was really thoughtful

the location made it easy to walk to the main attractions. the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. the room included a super clean bathroom with quality guest cosmetics. the temperature control system worked perfectly.

the room featured a view that was partially obstructed by a nearby building.

The front desk staff were really cute. They helped with directions and taxis. the breakfast offered a great start to the day with amazing food. our room had a river view, a priceless detail. the housekeeping was great. The room always smelled great and felt very tidy.

the bedroom design was not quite as expected, the armchairs seemed a bit cheap.
